LONG TIME AGO

-Words by Jeff Brent

Long time ago in days gone past
We lived each day as if our last
We smoked and spoke of lots of things
Like eagles claws and golden rings

And now we're just a little older
The heat is hotter, cold gets colder
Don't wanna do nothing to make you sad
But what's going down could drive a man mad

How much longer
I wonder
Can I stay here?
For just a night or
All my years

Tainted & Jaded
Bitter & Burned
Tattered & Faded
You got what you earned

Twisted & Braided
Now it's your turn
Worn out & dated
What have you learned?
